I absolutely loved the quality of the dresses—the colors and everything were exactly as shown in the pictures. The dresses even arrived weeks before the deadline. We were worried one of them might not arrive on time, but the customer service was amazing. She genuinely cared and arranged for fast shipping from their emergency stock, which arrived within days. In the end arrived on time, and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service—they responded to my messages right away. I absolutely recommend them!

Wonderful experience, was able to choose dress directly from a curated link that was given to us by the Bride! Made choosing a dress super easy and quick. The prices are so manageable for great quality. The shipping was quick which gave us plenty of time for tailoring! 10/10 recommend shopping from them, I would deff buy from them again and have recommended them to other brides and bridesmaids!

Birdy Grey is THE BEST for bridesmaid dresses. I have been a bridesmaid NINE times and their dresses are far and away the most comfortable, well made, true to size, and appropriately priced of any that I've worn. The Shamin in Crepe is a personal favorite style 🙂 If you're a bride looking for flattering dresses for a variety of body types that won't break the bank, Birdy Grey is the way to go!!! Can't recommend BG enough.

So easy! Everyone got a link to the exact dress color I wanted and they were able to determine the best fit from wherever they were. The fit was also flattering on all of my girls. One of my friends is also considering the brand after my wedding. Such a great dress for a great price.

I bought my wedding robe and my bridesmaids robes with Birdy Grey and I loved it! The only downside was that my robe was too big even tho I measured! So I had to buy another one since they can’t return personalized items! But I loved my bridesmaids robes and the white pajamas I bought there! Would def buy again!

Birdy Greys customer service was excellent! I had questions during checkout and my questions were answered immediately via chat. The dress I ordered didn’t fit (M), however the exchange process was extremely easy and the next size up arrived about 6 days later (no extra cost). I ordered from the ready to ship options. My new dress fits perfectly now (L). (I recommend ordering one size up, based on my experience). I will definitely recommend Birdy Grey to friends and family.

The Birdy Grey business is really cool. Most bridesmaids don't want to overpay for a dress they most of the time will never wear again, a -sunk cost of being a bridesmaid. I tried several dresses via mail and finally found the dress that compliments my body the best. Returns were so easy! Money returned in just a couple days. I thought the sizes were spot on. What i learned from the process is to pick several dresses at once, order them all at one time, try on, then return the ones that didn't work all at once because the shipping fee is not returned, which is fair I think. They are running a business not a charity. Anyway, wonderful, sensible, female run business that was exemplary in my opinion! Great job Birdy Grey!!
